Jennifer brings 30 years of expertise in marketing, project management, and design, but it’s Matthew’s remarkable background that sets us apart. With decades of experience as a Navy veteran, FAA-certified Airframe and Powerplant mechanic, and master fabricator, Matthew’s skills are nothing short of exceptional. He’s maintained F-14 Tomcat fighter jets, led crews in high-stakes oil refinery repairs at BP America, and crafted custom aircraft interiors for Learjet and Bombardier. From welding X-ray-quality pipes to designing workflow-optimizing assemblies, Matthew’s mechanical aptitude and problem-solving prowess are unmatched—honed across aviation, industrial maintenance, and beyond.
